1, District III Spring Meeting. Hosted by Colon Garden Club.
Set aside Thursday, May 1st for "Magical Blooms" when Colon Garden Club hosts us at the Amigo Centre in Sturgis. Registration, a continental breakfast and shopping all begin at 9:00 am, followed by the business meeting at 9:45. The morning speaker will talk on "Landscaping With Native Plants.After lunch, you can choose one of four options: A guided tour with a naturalist, "Orchid Growing for the Layman", "Just Feed the Birds" or "Making an English Trough Garden". The last three speakers will be vendors along with the MGC Marketplace, Lowry's Books and the Colon GC. More details will be sent to the clubs.
